Turkey Black Bean Chili

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    6 cups of water
    1# ground turkey
    2 cans black beans
    1/3 c frozen corn
    3 plum tomatoes
    1 stalk of celery
    1 6oz can of tomato paste
    1 t garlic powder
    1 t cayenne pepper
    1/4 t pepper flakes
    1 1/2 t chili powder
    1/2 t cumin
    1/3 c quinoa

Directions

Brown ground turkey in skillet. Add to crockpot.
Cut up tomato and celery. Add to crockpot.
Add 6 cups of water.
Drain and rinse beans and add to crockpot. Add frozen corn, quinoa, tomato paste, salsa and spices. Stir until mixed.
Cook on high for 6 hours. Makes at least 10 servings.
