Tamara's dressing for chicken salad

Introduction

Used this instead of mayonaisse or miracle whip Used this instead of mayonaisse or miracle whip
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 cup of non fat greek gods yogurt
    1/2 cup cottage cheese 2% or less
    .25 tsp kosher salt or more to taste
    2 Tblsp of french mustard with lemon

Directions

Put all ingrediants in a mini food processor and grind until smooth. Taste to ensure you have seasoning right.

Makes enough for two different chicken salads.

1 chicken breast about 4-6 ounces cooked to taste with your own seasoning.
Add in cut grapes, celery, fresh herbs and cashews. Very yummy.
