Introduction

Makes 2 pizzas or One 1lb loaf
This is 1/4 of the master recipe: 6-3-3-13 rule

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1c water warm (100 degr)
    1/2T granulated yeast
    1/2T kosher salt
    2 1/4c white/whole wheat flour mixture (more or less)

Directions

Mix together - do NOT knead
Let rise on counter 5 hrs or so
Use immediately or
Cover w/ vented lid & store in fridge
Remove from fridge & let sit on counter 40 min or so
Bake preheated 450 for 30min for bread
(or 10min pizza)
