Ingredients

    4 tomatoes (medium or large)
    2 T light butter melted
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    Seasonings: garlic powder, coriander, cumin

Directions

Serves 8 (1/2 tomato per person)

Prepare tomatoes: wash, remove stems, cut tomatoes in halves crosswise. In a small bown, combine butter with remaining ingredients, mixing wel. Spread cut surface of each tomato half with butter mixture. Place a single layer, in a shallow baking dish. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Bake uncovered 30 min or until golden on top.
