Breakfast Smoothie

Introduction

Fast and filling. Great for when you don't have time to sit and eat. Also good for kids who are picky eaters. Fast and filling. Great for when you don't have time to sit and eat. Also good for kids who are picky eaters.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Medium sized Banana
    1 Medium Peach
    1 Cup Light or Reduced fat Vanilla Soy Milk
    1 Tbsp Reduced fat peanut butter

Directions

In blender add soy milk first, then peanut butter, then fruit. Blend until smooth. Use any fresh fruit you like, I used banana and peach for nutrition calculation purposes. You could also use another kind of milk or peanut butter if you like, but that will changed the nutrition content as well. Enjoy!
