Ingredients

    You can use fresh or frozen fruit. Frozen makes it really cold and creamy, like ice cream.
    * Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup,
    * *Peaches, fresh, 1 cup slices
    * Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1 cup,
    * Raspberries, 1 cup
    * Brown Cow Low Fat Yogurt, 1 serving
    * Honey, 1 tbsp
    Water, 1/2 Cup
