Introduction

A great smoothie to make from leftover fruit salads. People rarely seem to eat all of the Honeydew or Cantalopes. A great smoothie to make from leftover fruit salads. People rarely seem to eat all of the Honeydew or Cantalopes.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Honeydew Melon, 1 cup, diced
    Kiwi Fruit, 1 fruit without skin, medium
    Grapes, 10 grape
    Blueberries, fresh, 20 berries
    Pineapple, fresh, Just a chunk or two
    Sage, ground, .5 tsp
    Spearmint, dried, .5 tsp
    Water, tap, 2 ice cube
    Honey, .25 tbsp

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender. Add rice milk if you want to to stretch the fruit flavor to a greater number of people. Freeze the mix for a granita mixture to add to ginger ale.
