My husband and I thought these were wonderful. I made them last night with blueberries and they are just as good and so easy to make. - 6/2/08

My son< who claimed he hated rhubarb thought these were great! I was trying to find smething he could eat that didn't have so many calories/sugar and would add some fiber. - 5/4/08

This is a great recipe. I've adapted it to use whole wheat flour for half of the flour and I prefer pecans to walnuts, but it's my staple muffin recipe. - 8/17/07

  • Absolutely delicious! I used vegan Egg Replacer instead of one egg. My batter came out slightly thick, so I just added a tiny bit more of orange juice. They came out great! Thanks for a wonderful recipe! - 2/22/09
