A mixture of regular meat and spinach lasagna recipe in an effort to make my husband happy. A mixture of regular meat and spinach lasagna recipe in an effort to make my husband happy.Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
-
6 servings meat sauce (I use my Slow cooker Spaghetti (meat) Sauce recipe on Sparkrecipies).
6-8 Lasagna Noodles
1 cup Ricotta Cheese part skim
1 pkg frozen Spinach
1 Egg
1/4 cup Parmesan
75 g Mozzarella Cheese, part skim
1/4 Flour
Directions
-cook meat sauce with flour to thicken.
- beat egg and stir in drained thawed spinach. Add ricotta and mix.
Layer as follows:
- 1/3 of meat in dish.
- 1/2 of lasagna noodles
- all of spinach ricotta mixture
- 1/3 of meat sauce
- all of mozzarella
- rest of lasagna noodles
- rest of meat sauce
- all of parmesan
Bake at 350 for 40-45 mins
