2 Large English Cucumbers, cut lengthwise and seeded; sliced thinly
1/4 Cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 1/3 Tbs. Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp. Truvia Natural Sweetener
2 Tbs Fresh Dill, chopped finely
In a medium bowl, combine the vinegar and Truvia and stir well. Add the cucumber mixture and toss to coat. Stir in the dill.
