1 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown rice syrup (could use agave, honey or maple syrup)
1/2 cup almond butter
2 cups BROWN crisp rice cereal (I used Nature's Path organic)
4 scoops chocolate whey protein powder (I used Kaizen, all natural)
Add cereal and protein powder. remove from heat. Mix well. Mixture will seem slightlycrumbly.
Press into a lightly greased 8 inch square pan. Press down firmly.
Chill in refridgerator then cut into bars.
