Introduction

I love pasta and hamburger, so when I was running low on ingredients I threw this together. My husband now demands it on a (near) weekly basis! I love pasta and hamburger, so when I was running low on ingredients I threw this together. My husband now demands it on a (near) weekly basis!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    - 1lb lean ground beef
    - 2 raw, diced, medium onions
    - 1/2 box (8oz) pasta (i prefer ziti noodles)
    - 1 8oz. Can cream of Celery Soup
    - 1/2 Can water from the Celery Soup
    - 2 Laughing Cow Light Wedges
    - Salt/Pepper to taste

Directions

If you haven't already, cook your pasta. In a skillet pan, brown the ground beef. When browned, add in diced onions until tender. Add in cooked (and drained) pasta, cream of celery soup and 1/2 can of water from the celery soup can. Season with pepper and salt. TOP with two laughing cow light wedges and blend to melt in the pasta/beef mixture. Serve with Parmesan cheese on top!
