Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1.5 Cup 2% Milk
    2 Scoops Whey Protein Powder
    1/2 tsp orange drink powder
    2 Dannon Activia yogurts with Fiber (any flavor)
    1 - 2 cups Ice

Directions

Place all ingredents into blender and blend pour into 3 glasses. Makes about 3 -- 16 oz size servings. The more Ice you add the bigger the serving size.
