2 Cups of halved red seedless grapes
2 large stalks of celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup shredded 2% reduced fat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup lite raspberry walnut vinaigrette dressing ( I used Ken's)
4 cups of torn spinach leaves
4 cups of torn romaine lettuce
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
In another bowl toss the spinach and romaine lettuce.
From here you can either combine the two bowls or you can place the lettuce on the plate first and then add the dressing mixture on top.
Makes 5 servings, 2 cups each
