Introduction

This is the non-updated version. Perhaps, next time I can use half a cup whole wheat flour and half a cup of white flour instead and 1% milk instead of 2% milk. This is the non-updated version. white sugar 1/3 cup
    1 large egg

    salt 1 tsp
    flour 2 cups
    blueberries 3/4 cup
pam to spray the muffin tins

Directions

this makes 12 muffins 2 1/2 diameter muffins about 3 inches high.

first of all mix egg, sugar, and oil in a mixing bowl. get another bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt together. Then add milk and blueberries to first bowl. Add flour mixture to the main mix. Stir just to blend turns blue but that is ok. Spray muffin tins. Then put muffin mixture into muffin tins evenly so as to make 12 muffins. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until brown on top of muffins. The recipe said 400 but I thought it was too hot so I lowered it to 375 and they came out better. Enjoy.
