Ingredients

    2 cups Park-skim Ricotta Cheese
    3 eggs
    0.5 cup whole wheat flour
    0.5 cup white flour
    0.5 tsp salt
    Black Pepper
    Pinch Cloves

Directions

Beat together Ricotta and eggs. Add flour and seasonings.

Roll into logs and cut into 1 inch pieces. Make imprint with fork. Drop into simmering water. Once they come to the top cook additional 2-3 minutes.
