Chipotle Marinade

Introduction

I am using this for a chicken marinade. I would assume it could be used for anything. I am using this for a chicken marinade. I would assume it could be used for anything.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Half of (7 ounce) can chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    2 teaspoons cumin powder
    2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
    6 cloves garlic
    2 teaspoons salt
    1/2 onion, quartered
    1/4 cup canola oil
    Water

Directions

Add all in blender or food processor. Puree until smooth. Add water to reach your desired thickness.

Spread marinade over meat of your choice, refrigerate for one hour or up to overnight.
