Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken

12 oz Chicken Breast, cut into stripts
2 cups Salsa
*1 Bag of Kroger Three Pepper and Onion Blend
10 tsp Taco Seasoning, low sodium
*This mixture contains about 3 1/2 total cups of red peppers, green peppers, orange peppers, and white onions. This can easily be made with fresh vegetables.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Once cooked, take out the chicken and shred it into strips. Place the chicken back in the slow cooker, add the remaining 1 cup of salsa and let the dish sit on warm for at least 30 minutes to an hour.
