Introduction

This is a mock version of a wonderful recipe from central NY. This is a mock version of a wonderful recipe from central NY.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    *Spinach, cooked, 3 cup
    Mushrooms 8 mushroom (sliced)
    cherry peppers (hot or sweet).25 cup, sliced
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
    Bacon grease, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    lots of garlic salt
    dried beef (10 slices)
    minced onion (2 tsp)


Directions

I took one large back of fresh spinich and threw it in a soup pot with some water on the bottom and boiled/steamed the spinach until it was fully cooked. This bag of spinach only yield about 2-3 cups of cooked spinach. Throw in the mushrooms to cook with the spinach. Once spinach and mushrooms are cooked fully, drain the water and return the veggies back to the pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix it all up until it's all hot and ready to serve!

Made about 5 servings...approximately 1/2 cup per person
