Creamy Spinach pasta

Ingredients

    1 (13.25oz) pkg Ronzoni Healthy Harvest whole wheat penne rigata
    1 (16oz) pkg frozen spinach
    2 cups skim milk
    1/3 cup corn starch
    1 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    2 T Philadelphia lite cream cheese
    garlic pepper seasoning

Directions

Cook pasta according to pkg directions. Cook spinach in microwave. Sprinkle w/ garlic pepper seasoning.

In small sauce pan, heat milk (don't boil). Combine the corn starch w/ a little bit of water to dissolve. Add to milk and stir until thickened. Add parmesan cheese & stir until melted. Add cream cheese and stir until completely blended.

Add sauce mix & broccoli to the drained hot pasta. Toss to coat evenly.

Makes 10 servings.
