Japanese Fruit Pie

Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 beaten eggs
    1 cup sugar
    1 stick melted butter or margarine
    1 tsp vinegar
    1/2 cup coconut
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup pecans
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Mix and pour in unbaked pie shell at 350 for approximately 45-50 minutes. This pie freezes well.
