HG's Buffa-low Chicken Strip Salad

Introduction

Ingredients

    Fiber One Cereal, .25 cup (1 serving) (remove)
    Garlic powder, .25 tsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, .25 tsp (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces (remove)
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 2 tbsp (remove)
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 3 cup, shredded or chopped (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .25 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    *Guiltless Gourmet Tortilla Chips, .1 oz (remove)
    Hot Sauce, .0625 cup (remove)
    Ken's Steak House, Lite Sweet Vidalia Onion Salad Dressing, 2 Tbsp, 1 serving (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray and set aside.

Crush cereal and add onion powder and garlic powder.

Place chicken in a bowl and top with egg substitute. Coat chicken the shake off excess. Transfer chicken to bag with crushed cereal. shake until well coated.

Place chicken on baking sheet in oven for 10 minutes. Flip and bake another 10 minutes.

Place lettuce in bowl, top with tomatoes and crushed chips.

Pour hot sauce onto small plate. Once chicken is cooled, coat with hot sauce. Slice and place on top of lettuce. Add dressing and enjoy.

Makes 1 serving.
