Avocado Salad

Introduction

Great Italian avocado salad. Goes great with everything. Great Italian avocado salad. Goes great with everything.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Salt to taste
    Pepper, black to taste
    Avocados, medium, 2 cup, sliced
    Regina Fine Red Wine Vinegar, 4 tbsp (to taste)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp

Directions

Peel and slice two medium avocados and place in a salad/mixing bowl. Mix in oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste. Best served cold and the second day.

Makes four servings, .5 cup each.
