Introduction

I put this in a 1/2 multi-grain pita bread. It could be put on an open-faced Light Multi-Grain English Muffin with a slice of Weight Watcher 2% Cheddar Cheese on each side and broiled.     1 cup diced celery
    2 tsp grated ginger
    2 tsp dill
    2 Tbls Safeway, Light 1000 Island Dressing
