  • I doubled this recipe and added another egg. Also, I left out the cinnamon and added a slosh of almond extract. It was very good! It is especially good with apricot fruit spread. - 9/24/13

  • I made this for breakfast, and I also used all purpose flour too. Turned out really good, and I sprinkled 1/2 of 1/2 cup of blueberries then added the rest on the top as a topping. Really nice! - 6/4/11

  • I just made this recipe for lunch. I enjoyed it very much!
    I did not have whole wheat flour so I substituted all purpose flour instead. I used my common sense as to how to prepare them since those instructions are not listed.
    I topped them off with fresh blackberries and some real sour cream. - 4/28/11
