Introduction

Ingredients

    1 egg well beaten
    2 tbsp vinegar
    1/2 cup sugar (could try splenda)
    1/2 yellow mustard

Directions

Mix the ingredients together in a sauce pan and bring to a rapid boil for two minutes. Stir often to keep from burning. Add hot sauce if desired for a kick. Serve with sliced 2 % Milk cheese slices or chunks.
