A very quick and nutritious meal, especially good for lunch. A very quick and nutritious meal, especially good for lunch.

Ingredients

    1 baked potato
    .5 cup vegetarian refried beans
    2 tbsp salsa

Directions

Reheat the baked potato if not already heated. Heat the refried beans in the microwave. Split and open the potato, top with refried beans and salsa.
