First off, follow the directions! I figured the "rinse w/water" part was to rid almonds of possible salt. Wrong! I added several drops of water and corrected the problem. I made these with orange flavored Craisins and used my small ice cream scoop to portion them out and then rolled them tight. - 6/14/10

Excellent. Advise to soak your raisins first. Made a little oops by thinking I could use my hand processor, took on and off all day to make. Did work out in the end. Next time I will lug out my big old fashioned food processor and just double or triple the batch and freeze them. Love them. Thanks - 12/23/10

Healthy, delicious, & easy! I used cashews & raisins. I rinsed the nuts and raisins and threw them in the food processor (wet) with some cinnamon. Worked great! I divided mix into 15 TBSP sized balls, which totaled 75 calories each. Eat one or two. Keep in fridge to cut down stickiness. Yum! - 1/31/11
