Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

    beef bouillon
    cream of mushroom soup
    ketchup
    sour cream
    onion
    ground beef
    egg noodles

Directions

In medium sause pan mix beef bouillon with 1 c. hot water. Add cream of mushroom soup, mix together. Add 2 tbsp. of ketchup, stir. Once soup mixture is blended well and warm add sour cream and stir well. Remove from heat.

Take diced onions and ground beef and cook in skillet, drain and add to sause, stirring together.

In lg pan bring water to boil for noodles, cook noodles to desired texture. Drain and add to sause. Stir together and serve with salad of choice.
