1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 pinch salt
water to make consistency
2. Add water until the dough forms a firm ball - a finger pressed into the dough should hold its shape and slightly bounce back. You may need to add a little extra flour or water to make the consistency correct.
3. Process through pasta roller/kneader and then pasta cutter.
