Introduction

This is a yummy, easy to make salad that is the perfect side dish for cook outs. This is a yummy, easy to make salad that is the perfect side dish for cook outs.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup plain low fat yogurt
    2 meduim apples, chopped
    1 cup chopped celery
    1/4 cup raisins
    1/4 cup walnuts

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and serve. Makes 4 servings.

  • As is it is bland. Most Waldorf salad recipes have at least lemon juice. I added lemon and orange juice and also replaced 1/4 of the yogurt with lite mayo (it adds fat but gives a hint of the creaminess you expect in this salad). - 7/15/08
