high protein meal that's so yummy high protein meal that's so yummy
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Pork Chops strips
    frozen vegetables (4-5 cups)
    5 cloves of Garlic, finely minced
    1 T. Olive Oil
    2-3 T. low sodium Soy Sauce (I used 2)
    2 T. Honey

Directions

mix honey soy and garlic.
put oil in frying pan, cook porc, add cooked vegatables
add sauce continue frying

eat with rice or noodles :)
