    Chicken Boullion (1 tsp), 1 serving
    Water, tap, 0.5 cup
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Salt, 1 dash
    Bay Leaf, 1
    Heinz, One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup, 1 Tbsp,

Directions

Boil the boullion in the water with the onion until clear , add sausage cooked rice tomatoes vegetables and ketchup...
