Ingredients

    1/2 head green cabbage, washed
    1/2 carrot, peeled and washed
    1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
    1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
    1 tablespoon reduced fat olive oil mayo
    1/4 cup Lite T. Marzetti Slaw Dressing

Directions

Makes 8 3/4 cup servings

1. Slice and chop cabbage
2. Slice carrot down the center lengthwise, then chop into crescent shapes
3. Add pepper, parsley and onion
4. Add mayo and add slaw dressing
5. Mix thoroughly
