Introduction

We decided to adapt our tapioca recipe to be dairy free to have another alternative. This is the almond milk variation.

1 serving = .5 cup
We decided to adapt our tapioca recipe to be dairy free to have another alternative. This is the almond milk variation.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Pearl Tapioca, .19 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .33 cup
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, 22 oz
    Egg, fresh, 1 large

Directions

Heat milk in a double boiler and add the tapioca and sugar or sugar substitute. Cook for approximately 20 minutes or until tapioca has thickened.

Remove from heat, and add the vanilla. Pudding will thicken as it cools. Enjoy warm or cold.
