1 - 32 oz container lowfat yogurt any flavor (french vanilla is the best!)
32 oz frozen TRIPLE BERRY BLEND (or any frozen fruit will work)
Empty the full 32 oz container of chilled yogurt into the blender.
Fill the empty yogurt container with the frozen fruit of your choice.
Turn on the blender on high and slowly add the fruit until it is blended completely.
If it is too thick add a small amount of milk and blend again.
Pour into glasses and enjoy.
Makes approximately 8 - 1 cup servings.
This is a versitile drink that can be for any meal, snack or dessert. Add a scoop of protein powder or liquid coral calcium among other things to add an extra punch to this already delicious and nutritious drink.
