Ingredients

    Flour
    Sugar
    Baking Powder
    Baking soda
    Salt
    Yogurt
    Egg
    Butter
    Blueberries

Directions

Makes 14 four inch scones.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, combine yogurt, egg, and butter. Stir into dry ingredients just until blended. Fold in blueberries. Drop by heaping tble 2 inches apart onto a greased baking sheet.

Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
