Introduction

This a salad I invented and made several times a week when we lived in California. It's especially good with almonds smoked on the grill. If oranges are out of season or you live far from orange country, you can perk it up by letting the sections soak in a bit of orange juice for a while before assembling the salad. For the dressing, orange-infused olive oil is is especially good if you have it. This a salad I invented and made several times a week when we lived in California.
