    4 cups shredded carrots
    1 med. apple shredded
    2 Tbs lemon juice
    2 Tbs splenda or honey (If you don't mind the calories)
    1/4 cup walnuts
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/2 craisins
    4 Tbs fresh chives


Mix every thing together. chill eat!
