Mini Meat Loaves

Submitted by: LISAUNFILTERED

Introduction

Very Easy. Very LOW FAT! VERY TASTY!!!! Tender and juicy. You can even sneak in some grated carrots to hide some extra veggies in here if you have kids who aren't "into" their veggies!

A low-fat way to make some quality comfort food. Pair with mashed potatoes (or corn on the cob) and green beans and your favorite beer!

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

1 lb lean ground turkey (93/7)
1 lb lean ground beef (93/7)
2 tbsp dried onion flakes (can sub for 1 tbsp of fresh minced onion)
    2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1.5 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp Famous Dave's Sweet and Zesty BBQ sauce (you can sub for your own favorite BBQ)
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 egg
    1 cup corn flakes, crushed
    approx 12 tbsp ketchup

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Makes 12 servings!

Mix turkey and beef together with soy, Worcestershire sauce, BBQ, onions, and garlic. Add egg and mix well (will act with corn flakes to keep loaves together). Add crushed flakes.

Take an ice cream scoop and a muffin tin. Fill each of the spaces with meat mixture. Top with about 1 Tbsp of ketchup on each loaf.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through (160 degrees)

Number of Servings: 12
