Introduction

This concoction was put together on a Friday evening before grocery shopping. I wasn't sure if it was going to turn out to be edible, and it ended up being really tasty! It's hard for me to like chicken, but this was really filling and helped to meet all of my nutritional goals needed for the eveing. Ingredients

    Cheesy Ragu (Light Parmesan Alfredo), 1.75 cup
    Imagine Organic Creamy Butternut Squash Soup, 2 cup
    Del Monte Mandarin Orange Cups, No Sugar Added, 3.5 serving
    Enriched Rice: Medium Grain (serving size is dry), 1 cup
    Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp
    Parsley, dried, .5 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1.5 tbsp
    Kirkland Stirfry Vegetables, 10 oz
    Benefiber plus calcium, 6 tbsp
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2.5 breast, bone and skin removed

Directions

Cut the chicken breast into cubes and combine all ingredients in slow cooker.

When I made this I put it in for 4 hours on high, but the chicken may be more crumbly if cooked at 8-10 hours on low.
