Ingredients
-
1 chicken breast, cut into nugget-sized pieces
30g dry breadcrumbs
Garlic powder
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees (Celsius).
Place bread crumbs on a flat plate. Add garlic powder and mix well.
Place chicken pieces in a separate dish, and cover and toss with sweet chilli sauce.
Line an oven tray with baking paper.
Give each chicken piece a shake (so it's not dripping with sauce), and then coat it evenly with the crumbs.
Place the nuggets on the tray. Spray lightly with canola oil, for added crunch.
Bake 20-30 minutes (depending on your oven) or until fully cooked.
Serve with additional sweet chilli sauce, if desired (nutrition info not included).
This recipe is for one serving, but can easily be multiplied to serve any number of people.
