My sweet hubby made me a smoothie and even measured the ingredients for me! Needs more ice, he says, even before I could mention, but it's still good!! Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    -1 Can Dole crushed pineapple
    -1 Cup Cascade Fresh Plain Fat Free yogurt
    -1 Cup Not From Concentrate Orange Juice (he used Minute Maid Healthy Kids, because that is all we had, but we prefer Topicana much better )
    -10 or more ice cubes
    -1 T Wheat Germ

Directions

--Put liquid ingredients in first and then other ingredients into your blender and puree to desired consistency.

--Makes 5 cups or 2.5 servings of 2 cups each.

--Enjoy!!
