Ingredients

    Buttermilk, lowfat, .75 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 cup (4.86 large eggs) (remove)
    *Flour, white, 3 cup (remove)
    *Table Salt, .25 tbsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 12 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, .25 tsp (remove)
    Raisins, .66 cup, packed (remove)
    Dry Yeast, .75 tbsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)
    Walnuts, .10 cup, chopped (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Butter - I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, 12 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Select dough setting. When dough is done, remove dough and roll to approximately 8 X 12. Melt 1 T. butter substitute and brush on dough. Combine the sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle on dough. roll tightly and cut into 14 rounds. Place on parchment lineds cookie sheet and let rise until doubled. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
