Non-fat Low Calorie Blueberry Muffins

Submitted by: MDMAEDER

Introduction

I modified a yogurt recipe from the database. My husband is on a low sodium diet and my father-in-law who is diabetic was coming for a visit. I came up with this one and it was really good. With so few calories, everyone ate until they were full and we met everyone's diet needs. I modified a yogurt recipe from the database.
