Chris' Grilled Chicken

Introduction

Grilled Chicken with Maranade Grilled Chicken with Maranade
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 tsp Curry Powder
    1/4 tsp Cumin
    1 tsp Sea Salt
    2 tsp Lemon Pepper
    1/4 tsp Ground Mustard Seed
    1/2 tsp Ground Thyme
    2 Tbs Basalmic Vinegar
    2 Tbs Mushroom (dark) Soy Sauce
    1 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive oil
    1/3 Cup Strong Brewed Coffee
    2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
    1 tsp Garlic powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a 1 gallon zip lock bag, put in ten chicken thighs and shake or roll bag to coat chicken, refrig for 30 mins at least ( I leave overnight).

Light fire and let coals ash over, heat should be around 325.
Bank coals to one side.
Lay chicken on grill not directly over coals, cook until done.
