Dilled White Bean and Grape Tomato Salad

Ingredients

    1 15 oz can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
    1 1/4 cup (6 oz) halved grape or cherry tomatoes
    1/3 cup diced red onion
    2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 clove garlic minced

Directions

Toss all ingredients in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.

DO AHEAD: can be made 1 day ahead and refrigerated. Bring to room temperature before serving.

Makes 3-4 servings. Can be doubled.
