3/4 cup whole grain white flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon canola oil
3 tablespoons water
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup naufchatel or reduced fat cream cheese, softened
2. Make dough by combining dough ingredients until well mixed and pliable.
3. roll and shape dough into four 3 inch cannolis. Place carefully onto baking sheet. It will help to place some firm slices fruit in the center to help hold the shape.
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
5. Prepare filling.
6. Let cannolis cool.
7. Apply filling.
