Can't Believe Cannoli

Introduction

Won't miss a thing with these almost traditional style cannolis. Won't miss a thing with these almost traditional style cannolis.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    SHELLS
    3/4 cup whole grain white flour
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 tablespoon canola oil
    3 tablespoons water


    FILLING
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 cup naufchatel or reduced fat cream cheese, softened

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Make dough by combining dough ingredients until well mixed and pliable.
3. roll and shape dough into four 3 inch cannolis. Place carefully onto baking sheet. It will help to place some firm slices fruit in the center to help hold the shape.
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
5. Prepare filling.
6. Let cannolis cool.
7. Apply filling.
8. Enjoy.
