Ingredients

    15.5 oz can Garbanzo SW 50% salt, rinsed and drained
    3 English Cucumber, Mini, chopped
    6 Campari Tomatoes, chopped
    6 Scallions, raw, sliced
    1/2 cup Peppers, sweet, red, raw, chopped
    1 fl oz. Lemon Juice, fresh
    2 tbsp Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 teaspoon Sumac (dried),
    1/2 teaspoon Mrs Dash Seasoning blend Garlic and Herb
    1/2 teaspoon Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt,
    1 Tbsp. Mizkan Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar (Red Pepper)
    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, dried

Directions

Mix all vegetables together. Mix dressing in measuring cup; add to vegetables and toss until combined.
