Ingredients

    * Hellaby Bacon Hocks - 100g, 700 gram(s)
    * Sugar Beans - 100g, 250 gram(s)
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Salt to taste

Directions

Boil beans & hock together until cooked. Fry onion in oil until cooked and add beans and hock. Serve with rice or bread
